For this video I wrote some notes down on a piece of paper.  It really was a small outline of some important points I wanted to make sure to mention/say.  When I recorded the first time I actually thought I did okay.  I replayed the video and realized I was looking at the piece of paper too often.  I took some time to try to memorize some of the highlights.  I recorded another half dozen times.  I realized I was going to feel that the video could never be perfect as I am always critiquing myself.  What is the quote?  "You are your own worst enemy."  Definitely true for me.  Anyway it is .  The intent of the video was to help create some excitement before the nominees for the Red, White & Blue Awards were posted yesterday.
