Creative Type Designs
"Figure out where your passion lies. It's as simple and as hard that! When you figure out how to combine your passion with your business, I think you're giving yourself the best shot at success.
Owning your own business and/or freelancing requires a lot of time and if you don't put that time in, it won't succeed. I actually started a résumé writing company a few years ago simply because it's what I was qualified to do. While I was good at it, I quickly realized it wasn't something I wanted to do long-term and eventually I dreaded the thought of writing another résumé. I've always been the creative type so eventually I realized Graphic Design would be the perfect fit for me so I went back to school again.Everything just started to fall in place and now I willingly spend hours working.
And guess what? I truly love every second because it doesn't feel like work and that's a really amazing feeling."
